Speedboat
- Koh Mak Island is accessible by speedboats year-round and by a larger ferry only during the high season.
- The sailing time is 45 minutes.
- All speedboats use the same pier on the mainland but different piers on the island.
- Starting from the mainland, a Songthaew picks up passengers from Trat 101 Hotel to the speedboat every day. A private car option is also available.
- On Koh Mak Island, please contact your accommodation on the island for ground transportation options. a Songthaew is available at any pier for 50 Baht per passenger if needed.
- Return service is available with vehicles to Trat 101 Hotel, Trat Bus Terminal, Trat Airport (TDX), and Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK).
- A Songthaew is a mini truck with two bench seats in the back and a canopy on top. It does no have air conditioning. This vehicle is the main public transportation in Trat.
